- Train at home using Zoom virtual classes and TaeKwonDo University.
- Mon-Thurs at 4 pm. See the updated schedule on our calendar.

- OPTION 3: HYBRID TAEKWONDO TRAINING
- Do both! You are welcome to do both in-person and virtual classes.
- See TaeKwonDo University or contact me for extra help on anything you are having trouble with.
- Instructors will handle the tablet for check-in.
- Students will use hand sanitizer while we check them in.
- Students will be spaced 6 feet apart and will not spar with a partner.
- To reduce contact between classes, students will enter the workout floor through one door and exit the other.
- An extra-deep clean will be performed over the weekend and sanitizing will be done throughout the day.
- Parents in the lobby are encouraged to space themselves out or drop-off and pick-up their children.
- As with all activities these days, if you are in a high-risk category, we encourage you to take extra precautions and/or stay home.
